Ropes & Gray Advises Stellex Capital Management on Refinancing of Portfolio Company MSS International and Corporate Reorganisation of the Company

Ropes & Gray has advised Stellex Capital Management in connection with the full refinancing of the acquisition financing of its portfolio company, MSS International, together with an associated corporate reorganisation. The third party term and delayed draw facilities were provided by NorthWall Capital.
