Ropes & Gray Advises Incus Capital on €300 Million European Renewables Credit Fund II Close

Ropes & Gray has advised Incus Capital, the Madrid based real assets investment advisory firm, on the final closing of its second senior renewables credit fund, Incus Capital European Renewables Credit Fund II, which raised €308 million in committed capital.

The fund is an SFDR Article 9 Fund, with sustainable investment and carbon emissions reduction as its main objective demonstrating Incus Capital’s continued commitment to providing flexible financial solutions for European energy transition away from traditional fossil fuelsEnergy transition is one of the fastest growing asset classes within the broader infrastructure market and Incus has been an active participant in providing financing for renewable assets since the firm’s inception in 2012.
