Ropes & Gray is advising KKR on its investment in TeamSystem, a leading European technology and AI company, as a new minority shareholder.
KKR has noted that this investment is its first in Italy since opening its new Milan office, marking an exciting milestone as the firm builds on its longstanding commitment to the market.
The deal brings together a cross-office Ropes & Gray private equity team led by London partners Aldo Piccarreta and John Newton and Milan partner Fabrizio Scaparro, with support from counsel Paola Pagani and associates Filippo Noci, Michael Asprou and Imaan Ahmad. US partners James Dowden and Brendan Hanifin and counsel Kurt Fowler are advising on compliance due diligence.
