Turnaround Management Association recognizes business restructuring partner, Benjamin Rhode for successfully leading a team that represented an ad hoc group of first and second lien lenders of CHC Group LLC, a helicopter services company. The transaction won in the ‘Large Company’ category.
Benjamin advises public and private companies on all aspects of corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency proceedings. His experience spans a range of industries, including automotive, retail, oil & gas, health care, communications, gaming, and media & entertainment.
