Ropes & Gray has advised Source Advisors, a US tax consulting firm offering R&D Tax Credit, Cost Segregation, LIFO inventory, §179D, and §45L solutions, on its acquisition of GovGrant, a premier UK-based R&D tax relief services and Intellectual Property consulting firm. Source Advisors has been backed by Boston-based BV Investment Partners since 2022.
The deal, which is part of Source Advisors’ global expansion strategy, will also provide GovGrant the platform for exponential growth. Together, Source Advisors and GovGrant will work closely to ensure a smooth transition for their clients and employees as they expand their reach worldwide.
