Ropes & Gray represented Littlejohn & Co. in its acquisition of Milrose Consultants from Southfield Capital. Milrose Consultants is a national provider of building code consulting, municipal expediting, engineering, and architecture services with headquarters in New York City and offices nationwide. The transaction closed on May 29.
