Ropes & Gray represented private investment firm GI Partners in an agreement to acquire NASDAQ listed Atlas Technical Consultants, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATCX), a leading provider of infrastructure and environmental solutions in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.05 billion, including outstanding debt. The transaction was announced on January 31.
