- Devon Caton (Boston) advises on government enforcement, federal securities litigation, and complex commercial disputes, focusing her practice on the investment management industry. She represents financial services firms, including investment advisers and mutual funds, hedge funds, and private equity firms.
- Elena Davis (Boston) guides corporate clients and individuals in all stages of complex commercial and transactional disputes. She focuses on corporate governance and shareholder disputes, as well as other corporate and securities litigation matters.
- Cara Dermody (Washington, D.C.) provides regulatory, transactional, and compliance advice to clients across the health care industry, including hospitals and health systems, universities and medical schools, health plans, and digital health companies. She also advises on data privacy and security matters.
- Kelly Finn (Boston) represents public and private companies and their boards, investment banks, and private equity firms in M&A, capital markets transactions, financings and other strategic transactions. She regularly advises on issues of corporate governance and securities law.
- Lisa Folkerth (Boston) represents clients in connection with capital markets transactions, private financings, M&A, and other strategic transactions. She also advises on securities law reporting and compliance obligations, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters.
- Kurt Fowler (Chicago) counsels on regulatory and transactional matters, helping asset managers and global companies mitigate anti-money laundering, sanctions and corruption risks. He also leads risk assessments, builds risk-based compliance programs, and advises on CFIUS and outbound investment reviews.
- Justin Gaudenzi (New York) advises clients on fund finance transactions, with extensive experience in subscription lines, NAV loans, continuation vehicles, and asset-based leverage. He also counsels private equity sponsors in acquisition financings.
- Cole A. Goodman (Boston) is a versatile litigator who advises leading asset managers, mutual funds, broker-dealers, and public companies on complex civil litigation, SEC investigations, and regulatory matters. Cole has particularly deep experience litigating leading issues facing the mutual fund industry.
- Mike Gynn (Washington, D.C.) leads clients through fund formation, fundraising, and operations for open- and closed-end funds across various strategies, and advises on governance, regulatory compliance and management company matters.
- Ashley Hersutamto (Boston) guides fund sponsors and private funds throughout their lifecycles, drawing on diverse experience in private fund legal, regulatory and operational matters. Ashley also advises institutional investors on complex transactions in alternative assets.
